International School Of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
A British teacher in the Mongolian capital recommends Gratnells
Final proof that Gratnells trays reach parts of the world that other don’t. Recently we received an order from The International School of Ulaanbaatar in Mongolia. Betsy Hanselmann, Head of Secondary contacted us saying ‘One of our science teachers, who is British, used Gratnells equipment in South America at his former school.’
An order was placed for our best-selling trays, trolleys and frames. Preparing the goods for dispatch was a challenge for our Export Manager Robert Marmoy. ‘First I was thinking of sending the order via rail from China but maybe air will be better. There are very few shipping companies with experience of sending goods to Mongolia.’ In the end the order was sent by air and the result was well worth the effort - The International School has the perfect tidy science department. They told us "Thanks for all of your help. Everything is very organized and smart looking"
The International School of Ulaanbaatar (ISU) is a private, non-profit, secular, co-educational school, which began operation in September 1992 to meet the educational needs of the growing international community. In December 1997, the Mongolian Ministry of Education certified the International School of Ulaanbaatar. In 2003, the International School of Ulaanbaatar received full accreditation from NEASC & CIS and authorization from the IBO. ISU is one of only 150 full three programme IB World Schools worldwide.
