Are you learning about where animals live? Why not try this simple What’s in my tray? activity to sort a selection of animals.
What to do:
- Get one blue tray and one green tray (land and water).
- Select a range of animals to sort.
- Ask your child to pick one animal at a time to sort accordingly.
- Does it live on land or water?
Challenge- Are there any animals that don’t fit in either of the trays?
